$200 for the first 30 miles from Deerfield, WI - $5.00 per additional mile beyond 30 miles up to 70 miles.
Delivery Fee Includes: Delivery, Setup, Teardown, Waste Water Dumping* and Pickup.
Delivery times are based on availability.
